  • Is water the issue?

  • What’s the history of the slab?
If the concrete’s already been patched 2–3 times, more filler won’t solve it. At that point, it’s time to cut and re-pour.
  • Can it be tied into something new?
Sometimes a small fix makes sense when it supports a bigger project, like extending a slab or building around an existing one.
  • Does the cost actually make sense?
We won’t take your $2,000 today just to have you call back in six months. If a full replacement costs only slightly more long-term, we’ll show you the math.
  • Will the repair actually hold up through winter?

Most small concrete repairs start around $2,000, depending on the size, access, and scope. We know that’s not a small number. But by the time we bring in equipment, prep the site, and finish it right, that’s the baseline to do it well. We’ll never hit you with hidden fees, just a clear quote and straight-up reasoning.
You’re not alone. A lot of people call us after the second or third fix didn’t work. If your concrete’s already been patched a few times, there’s a good chance it needs more than filler. We’ll assess it honestly and help you decide if it’s worth salvaging or if it’s time to start fresh.
